FAQ
Why is a Home Inspection
necessary?
You are about to purchase on of the largest
investments in your lifetime. A Home Inspection
can tell you if the house is in need of
major structural repairs, the condition
of the heating & cooling system, plumbing,
electrical, roof, wet crawlspace areas and
many other things.
The small price of a Home
Inspection can save you literally thousands
of dollars in repairs costs that might have
not been noticed by the untrained eye. My
company provides the highest excellence
in the business through continuing education
classes mandated by the State of North Carolina
and through the American Society of Home
Inspectors on a yearly basis. Through the
many years of hands of experience in this
field and innovative techniques I will provide
you with the highest professionalism available
to help you protect your interests.

Why should I get
a Pre-Home Inspection?
This is probably the most cost effective
decision a home seller will ever make. Home
sellers wait until a buyer comes along and
makes and offer, which is usually contingent
on the home inspection and the items found
during the inspection process. Along comes
Mr. Home Inspector who might or might not
find major problems with the structure,
heating and cooling system, plumbing, electrical,
etc. If a structural problem is found a
Structural Engineer may need to be consulted.
All of the above mentioned
items can easily delay or worse yet derail
your sale. This would require you to start
the process all over again. The property
would need to be shown on a regular basis
and keep in show condition. What if you
need the proceeds to close on another house
or if you are moving out of town and cannot
afford delays?
A professional home inspection
can give you a one up on your competition
by identifying any items the might need
repair before the house is put on the market.
Since the majority of times needed repairs
are discovered at the time of the inspection
through the buyer, and most of the repairs
are the responsibility of the home owner
or negotiated why not take care of them
immediately.
The care of your home with
its first impression can translate into
a faster sale with a possible higher sale
price due to its immaculate appearance to
the buyer.
